For dental and aesthetics practices in the US

Every missed call gets a text back and a way to book.

When reception can't pick up, the caller gets a text within seconds with a link to book one of the new-patient slots you hold in your own calendar. Web enquiries get an answer within a minute, evenings and weekends included.

  • Live in seven working days from your intake form, or the setup fee comes back
  • Your own calendar Google or Microsoft, nothing new for reception to learn
  • One report a month missed calls answered, bookings made, enquiries replied to

What it does

What you get, set up for you and looked after every month

Missed-call text-back

Calls you don't answer forward to a number we run. The caller hears a short message in your practice's name and gets a text with your booking link. Landline callers hear the message.

A booking page in your name

Your logo and colours. Patients pick a treatment and one of the new-patient slots you hold. The booking lands in your calendar, and reception copies it into your practice software as usual.

Instant replies to web enquiries

Your contact form keeps working. Each enquiry also gets an answer within a minute with the booking link, at any hour.

A monthly report

Missed calls answered by text, bookings through the link, enquiries answered and how fast. You see what it brought back.

Looked after

Monitoring and fixes, the phone number and up to 500 texts a month, and one small change a month, such as a new treatment or different slots.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't answer calls with AI and it never writes into your practice software. A new website is a separate job, if you want one.

What your patients see

A page that books in under a minute

An example practice. Yours carries your name, logo and colours, and only the slots you choose to hold for new patients.

How it goes live

Seven working days, and most of it is on us

  1. Day 0 You sign a one-page order form and the data processing agreement.
  2. Day 1 You fill a ten-minute form: treatments, opening hours and the new-patient slots you hold.
  3. Days 1 to 4 We set up the number, the booking page and the replies, and test every path.
  4. Day 3 You turn on forwarding for unanswered calls. We send the exact steps for your phone provider.
  5. Day 6 Reception makes three test bookings and three test calls with us watching.
  6. Day 7 Live.

What it costs

From $990 setup, then from $249 a month

Net of VAT. Three months minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. If it isn't live within seven working days of your intake form and call forwarding, the setup fee comes back. In the US the seven days start when your texting number is registered with the carriers.

Who you deal with

A small studio. I do the work myself.

3DH Consulting is my company. I'm Portuguese and have lived in Warsaw since 2009. I ran businesses first, then spent three years at Accenture on the Microsoft account.

I set up the booking page, the text-back and the replies myself, and I look after them every month. You deal with me, not a support queue.

Questions

What practices ask first

Does it work with my practice software?

Alongside it. Bookings land in a Google or Microsoft calendar that reception already sees, and reception copies them across. It never writes into R4, Dentally, Exact or Pearl.

What does the patient see?

A text in your practice's name, and a one-page booking site in your name and colours. No app and no account.

Which phones does it work with?

Any line that can forward unanswered calls to another number: BT and other landlines, mobiles, and the hosted phone systems most practices use. We send the steps for yours.

What happens to patient data?

You stay the controller and we act as your processor under a written data processing agreement. Data is hosted in the EU, message content is deleted after 90 days, and no patient data goes into an AI model.

Is it for every practice?

It fits private and mixed practices that want more new-patient bookings. If your list is full and you turn patients away, you don't need it.

What if we want to stop?

After the first three months, give 30 days' notice by email. You get an export of your bookings and enquiries, and we delete the data.

What does it cost?

From $990 setup, then from $249 a month. Net of VAT, three months minimum.

See it on your own site first

Ask for the 60-second video: your current site on a phone, next to a booking page in your practice's name. Then decide.
