Renewable energy developer, Warsaw and Poznań. A corporate site in Polish and English: who they are, what they do, a map of their projects across Poland, management and shareholder notices. I designed and built it on the company's own domain and handed it over with documentation.

Argan oil skincare, Spain. A site and shop in Spanish, with a programme for clinics, spas and hotels, the story of where the oil comes from, and a journal. I built it on WooCommerce so their team can add products and articles themselves.

My own idea, never launched: football fans living abroad watch their club together in a booked area of a sports bar, paying a small food and drink deposit so the people who say they'll come actually do. I built landing pages for Warsaw, Madrid and Lisbon in four languages, with a waiting list, to test the idea before building anything more.

A product I built and sell on Microsoft AppSource: business development intelligence for law firms, running inside the firm's own Microsoft 365.

It starts with a free 30-minute conversation. Then I write a one-page scope: what I'll build, what it costs, when it's done and what you get. The price is fixed. You see progress every week, and at the end you own everything: domain, code, accounts, and a document explaining how to change things. There's no retainer unless you want one.
The rest of what I do
Most of my work isn't websites. It's the work behind a company: mail, files, laptops, requests, the copying between systems, and practical AI in the tools people already use. I do that as a six-month engagement at a fixed monthly fee. What I take over
