Microsoft's Agent 365 for Managed Intelligence went live in the Pax8 Agent Store in July, giving MSPs a single governance layer over every AI agent running across their client tenants.

Why It Matters

Until now, an SMB running Copilot Studio or third-party AI agents had no central way for its IT partner to see what agents exist, who built them, or what data they touch, the classic shadow-agent risk. Agent 365 for Managed Intelligence puts that inventory and control inside the same Pax8 console MSPs already use for licensing and security, so agent sprawl becomes visible instead of invisible. For a Polish or Iberian SMB on M365, this is the first practical answer to who is watching our AI agents that does not require a separate platform.

What To Do About It

Ask your M365 partner, or 3DH if we manage your tenant, whether Agent 365 for Managed Intelligence is enabled on your account yet. Microsoft also tightened licensing prerequisites for new Agent 365 purchases to require Microsoft 365 E5 as of 1 June 2026, so budget for that upgrade before rolling Copilot Studio agents into production.
