AI agent for companies · built and run

An AI agent that does the team's repeat work, every day.

A morning report in Teams, sorted mail, invoices filed, new public tenders matched to what you sell. An AI agent does this every day at a set time, without anyone opening a chat or remembering to ask. I build and run it in your Microsoft 365 or on a server in the European Union, so the data stays in the EU.

from PLN 3,900 net per agent

In plain words

A task written in a file, access to the data, a start time

A chat assistant answers when someone asks it something. An agent works differently: it gets a task written in a file, access to the data that task needs, and a time to start. From then on it runs every day by itself, and the result lands where the team already looks, such as a Teams channel or the owner's inbox.

The task description is plain text: what to check, where to get the data, how to lay out the result and what not to do. When the way the company works changes, editing that text is usually enough.

Price

from PLN 3,900 net per agent

The first agent is priced as one automation: one job, at a price agreed in writing before the start. After that it runs under care from PLN 490 a month, or inside the six-month IT and AI function from PLN 7,500 a month. Licences and AI model usage are billed separately and itemised.

Net of VAT. The final price is agreed in writing before any work starts.

What you get

Jobs an agent can take over

  • Morning report

Before the working day starts, the agent pulls from the mailbox, the sales figures and the ad campaigns, then posts a short summary in Teams: what came in, what changed and what needs attention today.

  • Mail and invoices

Incoming mail sorted by matter, and invoices filed in the right SharePoint folder with the amount, due date and supplier read from each one.

  • Public tenders

Every day it searches the Polish public procurement bulletin (BZP) and the Baza Konkurencyjności for your keywords, and sends only the notices worth reading, with the submission deadline.

  • Web enquiries into the CRM

Enquiries from the website forms become contacts in the CRM, and the person responsible gets a reminder if nobody has answered by the end of the day.

  • Documents checked before a deadline

Before an application, bid or report is due, the agent checks that every required document is in the folder and sends the list of what is missing to the person who owns it.

  • Weekly summary for the owner

On Friday afternoon the owner gets one page: new enquiries, offers sent, overdue invoices and the matters waiting for a decision.

How it runs

One job first, then the next

  1. Pick the first job

We start with one piece of repeat work that can be measured: how long it takes today and how often it comes round. On that basis I give the price.

  2. Build it in your environment

The agent runs in your Microsoft 365 or on an EU server, on your accounts and permissions. It gets only the access the job needs.

  3. Log and approval

Every action the agent takes is written to a log you can read at any time. Anything that would leave the company, such as an email to a client, waits for a person to approve it.

  4. Measure, then decide

After a few weeks of running we compare the time the job took before and after. Only then do you decide whether the agent takes on the next one.

Tested at home

I run my own company on agents like these

Everything I propose to a client has run in my own day-to-day work first.

  • A morning briefing from calendar, mail and tasks, ready before the day starts.
  • Mail sorted before I open it, with invoices filed in their own folder.
  • A daily sweep of public tenders for the services I sell.
  • Notes in the CRM after calls and meetings, without retyping.

Who it is for

For companies where someone does the same thing every day

For companies of 20 to 150 people where someone gathers the same data every day, copies it from one place to another or checks the same sources. It is simplest on Microsoft 365, but that is not a condition.

An agent does not make decisions for the team and does not replace a conversation with a client. If a process needs a person's judgement at every step, a plain automation is the better start.

Questions

What people ask before they book

Does our data leave the EU?

It does not have to. The agent runs in your Microsoft 365 or on a server in an EU data centre, and I choose the AI model so the data is processed in a European region, for example in Azure OpenAI. If a particular job cannot meet that, I say so before pricing.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

Every action is written to a log, so you can see what it did and on what basis. Nothing leaves the company without a person approving it, and after any mistake I correct the task description so the same mistake does not come back.

Do we need our own server?

Usually not. On Microsoft 365 the agent can run inside your own Microsoft environment. A server in the EU is needed only when the job requires tools outside Microsoft 365, and then it is rented in the company's name, with the cost stated in the quote.

How long until the first agent runs?

The date comes in writing with the price, once the job is described. Access matters most: the sooner accounts and permissions are granted, the sooner the agent starts. For the first days its results go only to the person who asked for the job.
