Why is the first one free?
Because working together is easiest to judge from a process that runs, not from a presentation. The first automation is one simple process we choose together.
Power Automate, Zapier or Make?
On Microsoft 365, Power Automate is usually cheaper, because in most cases it is already in the licence and the data stays in your environment.
Can the automation use AI?
Yes, where it helps: reading data from a PDF invoice, sorting mail, summarising a document. What is possible depends on your licences, which I check before pricing.
