Microsoft 365, security, automation and AI in one pair of hands
Microsoft 365 under control
Accounts, permissions, mail, files in SharePoint and OneDrive, Teams. A new joiner has access on day one; a leaver loses it the same day.
Account and data security
Multi-factor sign-in on every account, sign-in rules, backups of mail and files, and a regular look at what has been shared outside the company.
Automating repeat work
The processes that eat the most time, such as invoice approval, contract routing or copying data from emails into spreadsheets, move into Power Automate and SharePoint.
AI that earns its place
Copilot and other AI tools go in where the time saved can be counted, and the team learns them on its own documents, not on slides.

Six months, one plan
Review first
We start with a review of Microsoft 365 and how the team works. If you bought the review separately, it is deducted from the fee.
A plan of changes
Security and account hygiene first, then automation and AI. Every item has an owner and a date.
Delivery and day-to-day care
I work through the plan and handle what comes up: new joiners, mail problems, licence questions.
After six months
Everything I built stays in your Microsoft 365 and is documented. Extend, move to care only from PLN 490 a month, or hand it to your own IT person.

For companies of 20 to 150 people on Microsoft 365, or moving to it, with no IT department or one person who does everything.
I do not repair hardware, printers or office cabling. If that is the main need, a local service shop is the better fit.

What people ask before they book
How is this different from ordinary IT outsourcing?
Typical IT outsourcing answers tickets and fixes hardware. This is about how the company works: Microsoft 365, security, automation and AI, with one person answerable for all of it.
Why six months?
That is usually how long it takes to put the environment in order and get a few automations into real daily use. Shorter projects are on the price list separately.
What does it cost for 60 people?
The price depends mainly on headcount and on how much there is to put in order. You get a written quote after a short conversation.
Do we need Microsoft 365 already?
No. Moving from Google Workspace or from hosting-provider mail can be the first stage.
Who will actually do the work?
I will: Pedro Bandeira. Three years delivering Microsoft systems for large companies at Accenture, and now the same work for companies of 20 to 150 people.
