Microsoft 365 migration · mail and files

A move to Microsoft 365 after which the team simply works on Monday.

Mail, files, Teams and secure sign-in for a company of up to 20 people, at a price agreed before the start. I move the data from Google Workspace or from hosting-provider mail and set it up so nobody has to hunt for where the documents went.

What you get

Everything the team needs on day one

  • Mail

Mailboxes, aliases, shared mailboxes and mail history moved to Exchange Online. Domain records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) set so company mail stays out of spam.

  • Files

Documents from drives, Google Drive or a server land in SharePoint and OneDrive, in a structure the team understands without a manual.

  • Teams

Teams and channels laid out the way the company actually works, not the default template.

  • Secure sign-in

Multi-factor sign-in on every account and the basic security rules switched on from day one, not some day later.

How it runs

Four steps, one switch-over date

  1. Review

I list accounts, mailboxes, domains and data, and give the price.

  2. Plan and switch-over date

We agree the switch-over day, usually outside working hours, and what each person needs to do. Usually very little.

  3. Migration

I move mail and files, switch the domain and check that everything arrives where it should.

  4. First week

I answer the team's questions and fix what shows up in practice.

Who it is for

For companies moving to Microsoft 365

For companies of up to 20 people moving from Google Workspace or hosting-provider mail. Larger teams too, with the price growing with users and data.

If you already run Microsoft 365 and need order rather than a move, the Microsoft 365 review is the better start.

Questions

What people ask before they book

Will we lose old emails?

No. Mail history, contacts and calendars move with the mailboxes.

Which licence should we pick?

For most companies from 20 people, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, because it carries security that Business Standard lacks. I can supply licences as a Microsoft CSP partner.

What if we have more than 20 people?

The price grows with users and data volume. You get it in writing before the start.

Who looks after Microsoft 365 afterwards?

You can run it yourselves, it is all documented. Or move to the six-month function, where I answer for all of it.
