What you get
What I check
Account security
Multi-factor sign-in, admin accounts, former employees' accounts that still work.
Sharing
Files and folders shared publicly or with the whole company when they should not be.
Licences
Unused and badly matched licences, with what they cost a year.
AI readiness
Whether documents are in good enough order for Copilot to find the right files, and which processes to automate first.
How it runs
No changes to your systems, a concrete result
Read-only access
An account with the Global Reader role. I change nothing during the review.
Short conversations
Two or three conversations with people who know the daily work.
Report
A written report in Polish or English: what is fine, what must change, what it costs and in what order.
Walk-through
An hour going through the report. What happens next is your call.
Who it is for
For companies that want to know where they stand
For companies on Microsoft 365 that have not looked at it in years, inherited it from a previous IT person, or are thinking about Copilot.
If it is only about the public website and domain, the free site check below is enough.
Questions
What people ask before they book
What access do you need?
An account with the Global Reader role, which is read-only. I change nothing during the review.
How is this different from the free site check?
The free check looks at the public website and domain from outside, in a minute. The review looks inside Microsoft 365.
What if we are not on Microsoft 365 yet?
Then the review covers your current tools and a costed plan for the move.
